Your School Visit

We look forward to helping you book a visit to Macclesfield Museums and hope to make the process as easy as possible. Below is a quick guide:

School visits run from 10am – 2pm.

The time is split into three workshop sessions and a lunch break.

Sessions at the Old Sunday School are £8 per pupil (maximum number 80 pupils)

Sessions at the Silk Museum are £9.50 per pupil (maximum number 30 pupils)

We provide full risk assessment documents and further education session information by email.

What is your cancellation policy?

There is a cancellation fee of 25% if the booking is cancelled within 14-8 days of the visit. This rises to 50% if the booking is cancelled within the 7 days leading up to the visit

To avoid congestion on Roe Street, please drop off/collect at the Bus Stop on Churchill Way (at the side of the Old Sunday School).
